Paypal Woes

  Page I refer to:

  

  This is my test page for previewing new content when I use th block editor

  Im plying around with Paypal options, as you can see Ive tried he WordPress simple payment button.

  However when testing the button it is declining the transaction
  “We’re sorry, we can’t complete your purchase right now.
  This transaction has been declined to comply with international regulations.”

  SO I tried the button html in Paypal through my business account.
  You can see the results:

  When I paste into a custom html box it previews fine on the block editor page, but when I publish it defaults to the default table theme with no dropdowns or buttons.

  Is there a workaround for this? Ive tried using classic editor in html tab but the same result!
