pb on creating tables

hello,
i unfortunatly erased wordpress tables in phpmyadmin and wanted to re-create manually them.
So i opened “schema.php” copied the needed requests and created the tables successfully in phpmyadmin.
But when i access to my site it is said: “Error establishing a database connection”.
And when i go to the admin it proposes me to repair database, so i repair it and this is the same after.
What Should i do now please?. I got many posts,etc, and wanted to manually repair and not reinstall the whole blog.
why this “Error establishing a database connection”?? -
