PDF certificate builder shortcodes not working
-
Hi. I need assistance in building my course completion certificate. I have uploaded my pdf background, and am unable to correctly enable shortcodes to show student name/etc. In addition, if I press ‘View PDF HTML’, my shortcodes appear on the preview in the wrong locations. Is there a specific order in which I need to do this?
Thanks -
Hi, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with?

Good Morning,
My site: https://trainsdx.mozayix.com/wp-admin/
I’m having issues with WPLMS Certificate Templates. The PDF Certificate Builder is off-kilter. When I add a shortcode such as [certificate_student_name] and place it on the pdf background, it actually appears low and to the left when you Generate a PDF or complete a course on our LMS. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
