PDF download with donate button on wordpress.com site

  I’m trying to add a downloadable PDF/E-book link to one of my sites that is accessible via a donate button…is this possible on wordpress.com or do I need to completely recreate my site on wordpress.org and use plugins? Site is http://apilatesmind.com/
