pdf file is reference only

  I put a pdf on a page but the page just shows the reference to the file which must be clicked on to open. That’s not what I want. I want the file to be that page already opened.

  The only way to do that is to use the Vodpod button, which you’ll find on vodpod.com. Otherwise it is as you say.

  WordPress does not have a PDF interpreter so it cannot display a PDF within the blog. There was an online service talked about here in the forums some time ago, but when I was trying it out, it was somewhat flakey.
