Pdf File still exist after site deletion

Please i need you guys help, i completely deleted this blog but there is a private pdf file that can still accessible when searched on google , the blog itself is deleted but the link to the pdf life still exist, i need this file removed as soon as possible.

Hi there, Removing the site content does not delete the site. Your above site at freedombaystluciapress.wordpress.com is still active.
Here is how you completely delete a site or make it private so that it cannot be crawled by search engines: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Regardless, I have flagged this for Staff asistance, but if you have not yet done so you need to permanently delete the above file from your Media Library.

Thank you for your assistance justjennifer, i appreciate your response , i have tried deleting the file but for some strange reason the it still exist, im not sure what i am doing wrong i am a complete noob so please excuse me.

Hi @zedalalvarez, actually that site isn’t associated with your account, and isn’t fully deleted. But if you’re logged in as the appropriate user, you can delete the files at https://wordpress.com/media/
