PDF file that was permanently deleted still shows as a live page

  A PDF file that I permanently deleted January 14th,2013 due to copyright issues is still showing a live page when I tried to use the Google URL remover. It is still in .files.wordpress.com How do I expedite the removal process? Thanks for reading.
