Hi there,
Which post are you trying to attach this to? I see that you did upload a PDF to your Media > Library; however, it was not attached to anything. If you want to link to the PDF please make sure you are linking to the page directly:

Hi, thanks for your reply. OK, I attached the pdf to a post but when you click on the link all the content is gone from the pdf. If you click on view of the pdf in the Library it’s also blank when you open the pdf. I attached it to this post:
I also have another older post where the pdf was ok until a few days ago but it’s also blank now. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Looks like the link to the post didn’t show so I’ll try again:

Good news – I logged out from WordPress and then the pdf looks fine. But why is it blank when I’m logged in?
Thanks for your help, I love WordPress, and apologies for my replying too many times.

I just looked at your PDF logged in and it isn’t blank as seen here:
Can you try clearing your cache and cookies?
Also, can you try using a different browser like Google Chrome?
Lastly, please update to the most recent version of your browser:
Let me know how that works out!

I cleared the cache and cookies but that didn’t make a difference. So instead of my usual browser, Firefox, I tried Internet Explorer and everything was ok whether I was logged in to WP or not. Thanks so much for helping me figure out that it’s a browser issue. My Firefox is up to date but I’ve had other issues with it in the past.

Hi Eva,
I see! I’m glad we were able to pinpoint it! It’s looking A-ok on my Google Chrome :)
Cheers!
