PDF online that won't delete

  Hello. I am trying to delete my link https://cvbadiu.files.wordpress.com/2016/05/senior-capstone-click-here.pdf . I have tried everything. I deleted all blog posts, media, etc and emptied the trash, and even deactivated account, but this still remains up. Thanks for any help.

  I’ve checked the link and I’m seeing a ‘404 — File not found’ message too.

  As dave2swords suggested, you may need to clear your browser cache if you are still seeing the PDF.

  Hello,

  If I type in a phrase from the PDF into google it still appears but yes maybe it is just cached for me.

  It can take 4-6 week for any sites changes to be reflected in search engine results. One option is to use Google’s Remove Outdated Content Tool:

  https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals

  Just remember to paste in the URL from Google Search Results, not the file URL below :)
