  Are you hosted on WordPress.com? Is it convenient for you to share the URL of your site? It seems that you’re using the open source WordPress.ORG software hosted at another hosting company.

  It wasn’t my site, as I created the pdf for another business. They run their web on WordPress with Divi. Apparently an upgraded version of Divi is required to have links in the pdf be active in Divi. Their “IT guy” is trying to resolve. However, I don’t understand why..
