PDF Watermark extension intall

  I purchased the PDF Watermark extension however I’m having trouble intalling it on my site. If I go to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions the extension is showing there with a ‘download’ button. I can download it, but what next? I have a feeling I may have purchased the Extension with the wrong woocommerce account, as when I log in to woocommerce it says I have no sites (even though I do) – does that matter?

  Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with this at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. As you own a paid add-on bought on WooCommerce.com, you’ll have access to live chat and email support via that link.

  The forum you’re posting to now is for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We don’t provide support for WooCommerce or it’s add-ons in this forum.

  Hi, sorry I know this isn’t the right place, but I can’t seem to get to the page to lodge a support ticket.
  The link (https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/) it asks me to verify my email (which I have done a number of times). It then takes me to this page https://wordpress.com/read. I can’t seem to get to my Woocommerce Account, it redirects to my WordPress Account and only this forum is there.

  Okay. In that case, log out of WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com completely, and also clear your browser cookies for both websites.

  Then log back into your WordPress.com account, and use it to log into WooCommerce.com. Once you log back in you should now be able to open a support ticket, but let me know if you still see that error message.
