  Good Morning,
  I am a Peace Corps Volunteer serving as a Co-English teacher in Thailand. I live on a small monthly stipend provided by the Royal Thai Government. With that being said, I wanted to request a free PERSONAL plan for my account, so that I can share my experience more fluidly with my friends and family back home. I cannot afford the payment while as a volunteer until my service concludes in the Spring of 2020. Please let me know if you can grant me this favor.

  Hello there, if not mistaken, there’s no special offer or discount on WordPress.com paid plans as they already offer the site with free access.

  Maybe you could consider to setup the site under the free plan and upgrade it until you can afford to upgrade it to a paid plan if required.

  @joyfultraining, at this time we are unable to provide free or discounted plans. However, as mentioned we do provide a no-cost plan allowing you to keep in touch with those close to you for free.
