I have discovered that the person running this site is no longer a fit and proper individual and have ceased my relationship with them and asked that they delete my content. They agreed but have now claimed that they own the IP (which they do not). They are bringing WordPress into disrepute and as a vehicle of abuse. How do I force them to delete my content and end my association?

We can’t discuss the about such websites in the public forums. If you feel that the website has violated the terms and conditions, you can report that website and the staff will have a look at your request.
