Pearl Plugin not showing in dashboard

  I installed new theme. ‘pearl’ is supposed to show in dashboard but im not seeing it

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  To check, do you mean, Pylon – the reason why I ask is because I can see this theme is installed here: https://smoothrates.com/wp-admin/themes.php

  Are you able to detail where you first obtained the Pearl theme? I’m wondering if an incorrect theme file has been installed.
