peckford42 blog can’t turn off comment notification

    I log in to my blog. Then I open peckford42 blog. Then I turn off ‘Email new comments’ on peckford42 blog. It doesn’t turn off.

    I looked at the all notification options in settings/discussion/whatever, tried turning on and off. Nothing works. Email notification from peckford42 still coming.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Just to be clear, cuz the auto reply implied peckford42 is my blog.

    peckford42 is not my blog. The option “Email new comments” is on peckford42 blog message UI when you click the gear button. It doesn’t turn off.

    Hey there @martinlevac, can you try turning it off at the subscription level here? You’ll see a toggle.

    If that doesn’t help, could you get a screenshot of the method you’re using to turn off comment notifications? Thanks in advance!

    I used that link, manage all subscriptions, it works. Thanks for that.

    No screenshot, but here’s how to replicate what I did. Log on to own blog, go to peckford42, about the blog or any post with message field at the bottom, scroll down to message field, click gear button for 3 options, 3rd option down is “Email me new comments”.

    3 options are same in both message field and manage subscriptions. Option “email me new comments” full control manage subscription (on/off), partial control message field (on only). Because I turned it on in message field originally way back.
