    Buenos días. Quisiera saber por dónde me dirijo para pedir el reembolso del dinero que pagué de 300 dólares a ustedes el 4 de septiembre.

    I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
