  Hi! I just signed up with WordPress! Before I dive in, I wanted to know something: “Miss Lori” is my pen name, and that is the one I want to be shown on the website. I just want to make sure my real name isn’t available for the public. My real name is registered at the copyright for my books, but I don’t want it shown on my website. I would love to know your thoughts. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  The content on your website can be whatever you want it to be. When it’s being created, just make sure not to use your real name when anything is added.

  Your user profile has a “Display Name” field. Make sure you set this to what you want the public to see.
