pencil icon gone

  hi, there used to be a pencil icon in the top right corner of my posts that allowed me to switch into editing view and was very neat. now that icon no longer there, even when i am logged in. i find myself having to access the editor through wordpress.com, which makes the process a lot more complicated. anyone got an idea how i can get my pencil icon back? the only thing that i changed was the domain name.

  Every blog has a web address. What is the http://NAME_OF_YOUR_BLOG.wordpress.com for your blog?

  I’m sorry but I don’t know what you mean by “pencil icon” so another Volunteer or Staff who does know what you mean will have to help you.

  Since we can’t see your dashboard as a signed in admin, we can’t really say what the problem is. I’ve set up Unsleepable on one of my test blogs and the edit icon is there on my test blog.

  You will need to contact staff so that they can look into this at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ . Type in your question, click the “no…” button, fill in the rest of the information and then submit.
