Pending $18 charge

    $18 is pending on a bank account I own, labeled as WORDPRESS [redacted]

    I have not used the website or paid service since 2019 when I discontinued the domain adamkibler.art.

    This charge was not authorized and no part of the previous paid subscription service included an auto renewal for any product, service, or registration.

    I have not accessed wordpress in months and have no intention to restart the domain adamkibler.art through wordpress.
    Please cancel this charge.

    Hi there, I redacted the transaction information since you won’t want that in a public forum, but I was able to use it to find the associated site.

    The charge is for firegroundiq.com under another account. Are you able to log out and log back in as that user and cancel the domain? Let us know as soon as possible if that’s doable.
