pending change of email address

I’m trying to change the email address associated with this account, but the old address is still listed as the current one. There’s a note beneath the email field in my account options which reads “There is a pending change of your e-mail to <the-email@that-I’m-changing-to>” but I’ve not received anything that that address. The email address is definitely correct… should I be receiving an email at that address? Or is the change of address simply cued and will this take some time to process?

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? If you’re using Gmail, you can also check the Social tab. The confirmation email should have been sent ASAP. If you still don’t see it, try repeating the process of changing your email address.

Yep, I’ve tried that; no spam, no social media flag. I tried to set up my account with this particular email address originally but nothing was coming through. The only thing I can think of is that it’s a “.info” email address and that this leads to it being ignored at the send stage? Is this perhaps a known issue?
