Pending Change of Email Address

  I created a separate email address for Blogging101.
  When I check my dashboard it says the change of address is “Pending.”

  It’s been pending for about 24-hrs.

  Is there some way to have my new WordPress.com email address approved?
  NEW: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  OLD: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you timethief for you assistance. I read somewhere, the support staff is on vacation until Sept. 26. I’m wondering if one of the staff needs to approve the change. When I checked just now, it is still pending.

  I was hopeful to use the new email address for the new blogging and writing programs starting Monday.

  Thanks for the reminder to subscribe to the thread. I’ve done that and the notification came to the “old” email address.

  I appreciate your help with this.

  Hi Timethief,
  It’s me again. My face is red…maybe it’s the solar flares, but I just discovered a typo in my “new” email address and that was the cause for the confusion.

  It’s fixed now and all is well. I’m so very sorry to have caused this fuss!
