Pending Charge

  I show a pending charge on my credit card today. I do not have any active plans, upgrades, subscriptions, or renewals associated with my account. I did not receive any notification that my credit card was going to be charged. There is no record of a charge under the purchases area of my account. I have no other wordpress accounts.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
