Pending domain registration to more than 3 days

  I bought a domain at wordpress.com and is showing that the subscription is active from the day 22/11 but I can not select it as states the following: “nayrontoledo.com.br (Pending – registration will take up to 3 days)” and unfortunately this is already more than 3 days !! How should I proceed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Although nayrontoledo.com.br has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. I’m going to tag this thread fro Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Hi there,

  Sorry about that! When you register .com.br domains, your last name (surname) on the domain registration must be 20 characters or less. Otherwise, the domain registration won’t go through.

  Can you please try registering the domain again with a shorter version of your last name? I reset the domain credit on your WordPress.com Premium plan so you can register it again without being charged.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Thanks for the reply , but I have a question !
  The domain http://www.nayrontoledo.com.br

  has 23 characters to the total (counting the points , and the www) , found it strange because I’ve seen larger areas and have not had this problem .

  Would have a problem then I register http://www.nayrontoledo.com ??

  Hi there,

  The problem isn’t with the domain name — the name nayrontoledo.com.br is just fine. :) The issue is with your own name that you put on the domain registration form. If your last name (surname) has more than 20 letters in it, the registration can’t go through.
