Pending email change

    Hello,I’ll try to make it simple if i login into my account in wp there is still a notification showing pending email change previously,my username was admin with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) so, i decided to change my username to my name i.e jebasingh. But,as you know username cannot be changed so i changed the account with my new username and email address and attributed my previous data to the new account.The issue is now my gravatar here is not showing and there is also a pending email change notification which i never received a confirmation mail from wordpress.now i want a confirmation mail from wp so that i can confirm my email address and also have my gravatar profile showing.I hope i have made you understand with the best of my knowledge for any clarification again.please contact me.

    Hi there,

    I see that there are no pending email addresses and the address you referenced is now the address on file. Is everything okay now?

    No I can still see a pending email change notification.Is there any any to send you the snapshot of my profile. So, that you can understand better

    Hi there,

    If you create a site in your account you can upload a screen shot to the media library, then we can see it there. Or you can use a file sharing service like snag.gy, but that won’t be private, so I wouldn’t recommend it for sharing images of your account settings page which contains sensitive info.

    We can access your profile, though, and we don’t see a pending change there, nor do we see an email change request in the logs for your account. Our logs show the email address currently showing was verified three weeks ago when the account was created, with no changes since then.

    Can you please confirm which account you need help with? We’re looking at the jebnadar account. And I can see a Gravatar image for this account.

    There is also a jebasingh account on WordPress.com, but I see no recent changes on that account either.

    But,as you know username cannot be changed

    Usernames can be changed, but only to a username that doesn’t exist yet.

    yes.i,m talking about the jebasingh account. The gravatar profile is not showing in that account can you check with that please.

    For help with the jebasingh account, please log in and reply here as that account first.

    That account is not showing a profile image, because there are no images uploaded to that profile. Log in as that account, then you can upload an image at https://wordpress.com/me/
