    I have not paid for any subscription. But I’ve been charged £62. It even says under my account that I have no payment details. Please help

    On my end, I also do not see any purchases or payments pertaining to this account which you are writing from.

    Do you have any other WordPress accounts, or are you able to provide the URL of the site for which you were charged?

    Please visit https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and fill in the transaction ID and your card details. Submitting this will send the information directly to us, and from there, we will respond to you advising about the status of the charge.
