Pending payment for upgrade

I thought I had purchased a premium plan yesterday as I was able to go into my WordPress and start editing. However this morning my website had reverted to an older site and was on the free plan. I then contacted the chatbot to get some help and finally we ended up with that I need to speak to human (of course) this is all so weird as my payment is clearly pending on my bank account and I cannot move forward with my website until its sorted anyone got any advice? I couldn’t get to speak to a human because my plan was still on the free version ????? HELP
