Pending Refund of subscription for more than 3 Months

Hello, I have contacted you before about a Refund which I still have not recieved from a subsciption cancel. I cancelled it in june but still have not recieved my money back. it says it would take 5-7 work days.
The other support employee told me to go to the bank because the payment is already sent out.I went to the bank today and asked if they can give me information about the transaction with this number: [redacted]
They said they couldnt because its not in their system and it is probably a issue with WordPress.hopefully you can help me with this Chaos. Thanks

Hi! I’ve redacted your private information from this post. It would be best if you followed up via the email ticket we sent last week, but as a summary of that, we provided you with an ARN.

That is not a transaction ID, so if they were searching for that as an ID, they would not find anything. An Acquirer Reference Number is a tracking number they can use to trace the refund. As we mentioned eariler, you may need to ask for the request to be escalated as front-line banking staff may not have access to do this.
I am sending you a copy of the refund receipt as well, so you’ll have that to reference with your bank regarding the date, amount, which card you used, etc.
