Pendo – WordPress Knowledge Base integration

Our HelpDesk articles are based on WP. We have integrated WP Knowledge base to Pendo and now we are not seeing any results from that page in the Resource(articles not showing).
I have contacted Pendo support and they said that I should check with you regarding Rate Limits for our website. Can you help in giving me more information regarding Rate Limit? Where do I change/upgrade this? Is this linked to the plan we are using?

Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
NOTE: We can only assist with websites hosted here at WordPress.com. If you’re using the WordPress software, but hosted elsewhere, you will need to reach out to your hosting provider or the WordPress.org community for guidance:

Thanks for that! It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
