  You don’t have any paid upgrades with us here at WordPress.com, but your website hosting appears to be at Bluehost, so you would need to contact them to cancel your hosting plan.

  If you also want to cancel your domain, it’s not clear from a WHOIS search who your domain is registered with, but you would need to contact them separately if you also don’t want to renew your israel-in-history.org domain.
