Penscratch theme not redirecting to social media

    Hello, everybody.

    My blog is http://www.ournourishedhome.com is using Penscratch theme, but this theme is not redirecting to social media when click on my instagram widget. Also, last night I try to to add social media buttons using the source code “Support” provides, and it was redirecting either… What could the problem be??

    Hi there. I don’t think the problem is with your theme, but with your domain.

    If I click on any outbound link on the site (instagram widget or any of the badges in the sidebar) it either does nothing, or the new site loads but your site’s URL still appear in the browser’s address bar. That is definitely not supposed to happen, so I’m tagging this for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

    I tested this in both Chrome and Firefox and clearing cache and cookies makes no difference.

    Hi there – I think the issue is that you haven’t finished mapping your domain ournourishedhome.com to your WordPress.com site and that’s messing up a bunch of things.

    Your domain ournourishedhome.com is currently pointing to GoDaddy. In order to map it to your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to log into your domain registration control panel and update the name servers to:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    Please be sure to first read our guide to mapping an existing domain – especially the heads-up about any email accounts you may have on the domain.

    Once you do that you can select ournourishedhome.com as your primary domain under Store > My Domains.
