Penscratch2 customizing

  Hi there, I am currently using the free theme Penscratch 2, and I’m liking it, only now I want to change my secondary/title font color from a deep magenta purple to something else, and I can’t find where to do this…I could have sworn that this was an adjustable feature on this theme when I first started using it. I’ve looked everywhere in the appearance menu/customizing menu and I still can’t find where to change this. Does anyone know where to look for changing font colours?

  Hey emmiereve,

  The Free and Personal plans on WordPress.com are typically limited to basic design customization on the available themes. If you go to Theme – Customize – Colors and Backgrounds, there will be some featured palettes to choose from, but they will adjust the entire theme’s color scheme.

  Thanks Scosgro…after writing this message I found the palettes section and was able to change the titles to a colour closer to what I wanted. Yes, it is very hard to customize free plans, but with a bit of compromising and help, I was able to do it. Thanks for being quick to reply.
