Penscratch2: image won't show in shop

  Hello,

  I’m using Woocommerce with the Penscratch2 theme.

  When I click on the “shop” the product image does not display. Instead a get a grey box appears where the image should be.

  The link to the individual product page works and when on the individual product page the product image works fine.

  Does anybody know a solution? I’m a coding and computer biff, so any help would be appreciated!

  Hi there! I haven’t yet been able to determine why your product image isn’t displaying on the shop page, but I’ve asked some colleagues to have a look. I’ll keep you posted here.

  Hi there – I’ve had some of my Woo-specialist colleagues look at your site and so far they haven’t been able to identify the culprit.

  As a troubleshooting step, you could try temporarily switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to see if that causes the correct product image to be displayed.

  Hello Kathryn,

  I’ve tried switching to Twenty Seventeen, but the problem persists.

  I’ll get onto WooCommerce and see what they can do.
