People are getting a site not secure warning

    Hi,
So my blog is a means of communication with the parents of students at an elementary school but many parents are telling us they are receiving a ‘site not secure’ message when trying to access it and are therefore not accessing it. Is there any way to rectify this? Thanks!

    Hi, how are you?

This could happen when the System Operation doesn’t recognizes the security certificate, or they are out of date on their browsers.

In this case it’s important to ask then about how System Operation they are use, witch browser and version.

I’ve tested here in Chrome, Safari and Firefox on my mac and everything is fine. I try to reproduce in my Windows PC and it works fine too.

    Regards.

I can also confirm that your site is loading correctly over https for me without giving any warnings.

Please ask the people getting the warning to try loading the site in a different browser, and also to try disabling all browser extensions to see if that makes any difference? They can also try clearing their browser caches.
