People are having trouble in certain browsers accessing the drop down menu

  Drop down menus in ideation and intent are not available in some browsers. Is thos something that wordpress can correct? I am losing business.

  The drop–down menus appear for me in the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome 21.0.1180.89
  • Mozilla Firefox 15.0
  • Safari 6.0

  Can you let me know which browser(s) and version(s) you’re referring to? I’ll be happy to check with our theme developers regarding Ideation and Intent.

  Thanks man,
  The people who are telling me they can not access are using internet explorer. Not w Google chrome or Firefox or safari that I now of. I am hoping it is them who are outdated but it seems many people are having trouble.

  It appears to be working just fine in Internet Explorer 9. Which version are they using?
