People are still able to subscribe to my old blog even after I have moved to self hosted site

  Hi, U have recently moved to self hosted bluehost site but I can see people are still following my old blog link and commenting / liking blogs on old site on WP, How can i route my visitors to my new site? I want the likes, comments and followers on my new site now. Please help and sorry if the questions seems to be silly. Still learning.

  Don’t worry, no question is a silly question. I just want to confirm something though – http://vartikasdiary.com/ is using self-hosted WordPress. Is this your new site?

  If so, what is the URL of your old site? This would allow us to verify if it hosted with WordPress.com.
