people cannot post on my blog

  Hi,

  I have recently set up my first blog with the WordPress.com site (missginie.wordpress.com), but am having an issue with comments. There seems to be no option for readers to add comments to the blog posts.

  Is this an issue that anyone else has had? Are their certain themes that don’t allow comments (my current theme is Eighties)?

  All the settings are set to allow comments on pages and articles.

  Any help would be much appreciated!

  Comments are open. All the visitors need to do is to click a post or page title and scroll to the end.

  Example 1: https://missginie.wordpress.com/2015/10/06/starter/
  Example 2: https://missginie.wordpress.com/2015/10/10/kuala-lumpur/

  All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post tiles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.

  Note that comments are collapsed on the front page of the blog because if they were not then the blog would take ages to load and that would mean visitors would click out rather than waiting for the page to load.
