People can’t check out on my site

    When people try to check out on the cart page, it tells them to login. When they try, it says the login info is wrong (even though it’s not – this has happened to several people). So they hit ‘Reset Password’ and it takes them to a 404 error page. If they try to login as a new user, it tells them that their email is already registered so they can’t…

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for the specific ecommerce plugin you’re using directly.
