People can't comment on blog

  At one point people could comment on my blog. Now the feature is not available. Is it the theme because I did not change any comment settings?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All wordpress blogs are set up by default to display open comments on pages and on posts. If you have no comment links to click this means you have changed the settings. The main page for default comment settings is > Settings > Discussion. We can override those settings on any individual page or post in the Discussion module below the editor box by disabling these settings:
  __ Allow comments.
