People can’t post comments – settings all seem propert

    When I click on ‘Leave a comment’ on my blog, it does not bring up a page to comment. It does go to the topic page, but there is no box to leave a comment in. I have gone through my options and comments are fully enabled to be posted by anyone. Also all the posts ARE checked to ALLOW COMMENTS
    Settings —> Discussion Settings —> “Allow people to post comments on new articles ” IS ON

    I don’t know what else to check.
