People complaining that they can not access my site

  I have a domain for my website jumperbrasil.com, acquired by the control panel wordpress.com. For some time now, many people are complaining that they can not access my site, even sites like http://www.whatsmydns.net/ # A / http://www.jumperbrasil.com suggest that this domain points to the wordpress servers. How should I proceed? Thank you.
