  Hi there
  I recently began writing again, and was able to publish my entry, but people can’t find my blog. Why is that? HELP!

  Hi,

  See the Privacy Settings support page. I suspect that you might have the option “Hidden” selected, and that this might be a large part of the problem. Choose “Public” instead.

  Yes, the site is publicly visible. However, the Google search results on the URL https://close2him.wordpress.com/ suggest that search engines have been requested not to index the site. This is the result of choosing the “Hidden” options at Privacy Settings.

  Or it could be that the chosen privacy setting had been “Private” for some period of time, and then it was recently switched to “Public.” If that’s the case, then it will take a while for Google to index the site.
