people I invite by mail they all need to login

  When I invite somebody by mail they have to login even tough I did not choose that option in the settings

  Your site is private. WordPress has to have some way to tell who can and cannot access your site. The way they do that is to have them log into their account, check that account information against the list of people you have invited and then allow them to access the site if you have invited them. All private or membership sites require a login. That is how they determine access permission.
