People not receiving emails when new posts are added
-
We have a school blog and as posts are added emails go out to subscribers letting them know. Unfortunately, since August the staff at the school aren’t receiving those emails on their school accounts or personal email accounts. Everyone else I’ve talked to who doesn’t work at the school has gotten notifications and it seems to be working fine. I was wondering if there is some setting that needs to be changed, or if there is some other problem.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Whether or not subscribers receive email notifications of new posts is dependent upon settings on their accounts, not settings on the account of the site publishing the new posts. I suggest that you refer them to the Change Your Email Settings section of the Following Blogs support page. Alternatively, they may go directly to the Reader Subscriptions page, https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions, to modify the notifications settings if need be.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then please add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

Make sure they have not blocked notifications on the bottom of this page https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions
