people signed up for my paid newsletter and I can’t see it

  People signed up to my paid newsletter and it’s not showing up on my jetpack account. They even see it in their bank that it took money out but I see nothing. What do I do? I signed back up to stripe and I linked it to jetpack. Please let me know how to access the money and show that I have paid subscriptions.
