People stealing photos

what stops people right clicking the photos and saving them to their computer?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Absolutely nothing.
If you don’t already, I would suggest adding a watermark to all your photos you post online.

ok thanks…was hoping I didn’t have to on this site…but darn I will have to probably…at least the sessions who did not order all their photos

Even if Right Click is disabled it is false security & easily gotten around
Some other suggestions:
Optimize pictures for the web – not more than around 120k max – not the 3.4MB you are now using – large files are slow to load – and turn off visitors and search engines – also burns through your storage allocation in short order.
A friend that is a Pro Photographer sort of chuckles about only putting pictures that will give you a nice postcard print on his site –

If you use the Duotone theme right click is disabled. It’s not available on any other themes here and will not become available as it creates a false sense of security. Anyone can find instructions on the internet and get around it in less than 20 seconds flat. What’s best is watermarking your images or not placing any images and/or text you don’t want stolen on the internet at all.
