People who want to follow not getting past the confirmation e-mail

  Hi,
  Several potential followers say they signed up and never got a response to the confirmation e-mail they clicked on. Please advise. One follower is named Crystal McLain, the other one who reported this is named Kent Flanagan. Thank you.

  Could you please post their email addresses so I can look for them (the email addresses will be redacted so no one but staff will be able to see them).

  Jackie, Yes, one of them has been successful, the other one not. The other one is Kent Flanagan, a friend through FB, so I don’t actually have his e-mail, but I can try to get it. The other one, Crystal Dawn McLain, was able to sign up. I’m working on the blog now, so I will be checking this forum this morning. Thank you.

  Hi again,

  You can see your followers at https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ . Scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Followers, click on Blog. You can then see the WordPress.com followers and those who are following via email. You can check that list to see if your friends are on that list.

  If someone isn’t showing up there, they may still be pending, but without their email addresses I can’t check for that, so please let me know.
