Peramlink not being able to be changed

  I created a page called portfolio a few years ago, and deleted when I changed it for a newer portfolio page. this newer portfolio page has a -2 in the URL and I cant change It. It would be great if there was a fix for this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy smr50000!
  WordPress.com does not allow changing Permalinks, however if you are a Business Plan user, you can then upload Custom Plugins
  , where you can upload https://wordpress.org/search/permalink
  any suitable Plugin to help you with it. Other plans do not support that.

  Thanks for the response, I thought that was the case I was just wondering if there was a work around fix.
