    je voudrais bien de de récupérer mon site ,

    It appears the site you were looking for isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com. I see that you created a brand new site and purchased the WordPress.com Explorer plan with the domain kimal-meubles.fr. But the wasn’t an existing site with the domain kimal-meubles.fr with us.

    I don’t see any site when I go to kimal-meubles.fr. If you had a WordPress website at kimal-meubles.fr, it was a WordPress.org site hosted by a different company.

    I understand that the person who built the website for you has been unresponsive, but you may need their help in figuring out where this site was hosted. Then, you will need to contact the hosting company for help with getting the site back up.

    Because we did not host the site at WordPress.com, I’m afraid we are unable to help with getting it back up. This also means the WordPress.com Explorer plan you purchased is not needed unless you wish to transfer the site to WordPress.com. However, you need to access the site first before you can transfer its content. So, you must contact the hosting company that hosted the site.
