Performance Issues

Hi! I noticed yesterday when trying to access my site from my phone for a recipe, that the pages were taking a long time to load. I figured maybe something was going on so I left it until today, and I still am having issues with both my site and my admin portal loading in a normal amount of time. Pages are taking forever to render, and some don’t even seem to be rendering right at all (like, icons are rendering as full-screen size).
In order to troubleshoot I tried installing a security plugin (Wordfence) and running a scan but even that’s proving to be difficult to operate, as the again, the pages don’t seem to be rendering correctly, after taking far to long to render in the first place.
I’m kind of at a loss and not sure what to do. Please help me! :)

It’s sluttyfoodblog.com. It’s not secure, which I suspect may be an issue, which is why I have been trying to get Wordfence up and running, but it’s nearly impossible trying to get pages in the admin console to render too. I seem to have less issues if I use incognito mode, but I’m not sure why that would be.

Ok, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, hosted with GoDaddy, which we can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
