  Hi

  I know my topic is not related to wordpress but I emailed periscope support several times and there not responding

  But my question is

  Do I need to download periscope app in order to make an account? I wanna connect my periscope account to my Twitter

  Aldo I wanna embed my periscope stream to my website? How would I do that

  What does Periscope provide for you? A link? An embed code?

  The easiest way to live stream something with your WordPress.com site is going to be through ustream. Take a look at those instructions here:

  I don’t know because I don’t have an account yet that’s why I’m asking

  Yes I know about ustream tv but you do have to pay to use it. They start you off on a free trial but then you have to pay. I don’t wanna pay just to use the service

  Hi there,

  I had a look at the Periscope website, and they don’t offer an embed code, nor do they have oEmbed support, so it’s not possible to embed Periscope videos anywhere, on any website, not just WordPress.com.

  Before Periscope can be embedded on WordPress.com sites they’ll first need to support the oEmbed protocol, and then we’ll need their developers to reach out to us to get the necessary support added on our end.

  Ok

  But I really wanna embed a live stream to my site. Yes I am aware of ustream tv but you do have to pay to use it. They start you on a free trial but then you have to pay. I don’t wanna have to pay just to use the service

  So I’m trying to find other alternatives that are free

  The only video embed options that are supported on WordPress.com are the ones listed at https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos
